Refund and Cancellation of Tickets

To cancel a flight reservation with the JFK Air France terminal, passengers have to check the airline’s cancellation and refund policies first. After that, you can cancel the ticket within 24 hours of booking for a full refund if you booked at least 2 days before departure. If the flight is canceled or changed schedule, you may be entitled to a refund or travel with credit. 

Passengers note that there is no refund for changes made less than one hour before your scheduled entry time. Refunds are only made to credit cards that paid for the booking or registration.

At Terminal 2, the pet relief area is located just after the security gates inside the arrival areas. At Terminal 4, on the other side of the security gate between Gates 30 and 32. Passengers can easily find this large pet relief area because of its unique door marked with a paw print. At Terminal 5, North end arrival area across from gate 28. There is a pre-security area next to the baggage carousel 6. The Outdoor Wooftop garden patio is open for both passengers and pets. 

The indoor JFK pet relief area can accommodate just one or two pets at a time if passengers traveling during high traffic or holidays can expect a short wait. Car Rental Services

The system at JFK Air France operates 24/7, connecting all terminals with each other and with public transportation options. Almost each and every major car agency is present at JFK Airport. There is no agency located in the Arrival Terminal so the passengers can take the Air train to Terminal C. The air train takes all the passengers to the car rental facility. After onboarding please proceed to the National or Alamo (a car Rental Facility) where an Enterprise Representative will be there to help you retrieve your rental car/vehicle.
